another month ending..

another month has reached an end. and it has been the memorable days of March.

It's particularly because of the college fest, the first of its kind since we have joined college. it was some kind of an addiction for the students to work for it. Although, the days were hectic, we all were roaming around cities for arranging various things in place, there was a pure fun in it. It seemed like a strength of unity amongst a group towards the same goal. And at last achieving it, was another pleasure! It was fun to the dance to the core to the tunes of Javed Ali at the final concluding day concert by the Bollywood star.

Besides that, it was a month of nostalgia and a month everyone wanted to cherish in their minds forever. the last truly academic month of the course. the one in which everyone wanted to desperately attend classes, be there in the college even after regular hours. Spending time with friends, each and every moment, trying to spend the max. but ironically, it went on to become one to be etched in mind, for a minor part, in the negative way. But thats able to neglected i hope. Some more couple of months remaining, so lets see what unfolds in the coming times!

Should we exist this way ?

The curiosity of mankind with finding Life on another planet has always been there. Various scientific expeditions, telescopes roaming all over the outer space, various researches going on. And often there are reports all over stating that there are life supporting planets many light years away from our own. Considering the philosophical side of it. Suppose if we do come across such a world, where life exists. We as a life form called HUMANS, existing on this third planet of the solar system called Earth. We have our own definitions for things that exist. It was around 5 or 6 years ago that the planet Pluto was deprived of its "planet" status. And there are various things as well, which we define for our own sensibilities. As humans, we are supposed to co-exist with all the fellow living beings on the Earth. But that's not what is happening. Just wonder, that one day, we do discover that there is a life-existing planet other than ours, and there is a life-form as well...

Vicious Circle of Survival of the Fittest

It's one of the famous theories existing in the world. The one part of the evolutionary theory proposed by Charles Darwin, which we all have learnt in school - "Survival of the fittest". Along the years of human evolution, the above said principle has seen to be followed by us as a species. And it is very evident in other species as well. The strong and the healthy ones, survive the competition and progress further in time. The ones who are weak, perish and the cycle repeats for numerous number of times. It might have been repeating for millions of years! Once one-sided, but it returns back! When we reflect on our society, we see the very repercussions of this theory in it. People have been evolving as civilizations along many years, and there have been remarkable changes in our societies as well. But as we should see two sides of everything, there are two sections of people, one which is very well off in their lives, and another section which is not at all so. P...

one heck of a trip..

its not everyday that u go for a trip. but the one which we went ws very exciting.. its not evryday tht u go to a 150 km trip unplanned and all of a sudden. so in that way it was special. we experienced everything in between. 8 of us. the trip wasnt wht it became at the beginning. at the start, the idea was just to hire a vehicle and roam around the city. but when we had hired the vehicle for a day, the thoughts began swirling. bright ideas came up of what to do with the vehicle in one day.. and amongst many options put forward, the Cherai Beach near Ernakulam was the one we fixed. Started in the night of that saturday. Lots of roaming abt the places and confusions in between regarding the routes. and besides that there was this shortage of fuel. a couple of times, we just reached the petrol pump, jus when the fuel was getting over. the whole night we were driving. at abt 2:30 am we went to our friends' house on the way. now tat was a surprise 2 his mom.. then at abt early morning ...
