Well, as it goes, another year has gone by. TO be exact, the first decade of the Millennium has gone by. Of course there had been good and bad memories, like every year. Thought of listing some. A Birthday turning into a mess ------- Well, it was during January. It was a birthday party, and by the end of it, it had become a total mess, which we woke up to, the next morning. It would require a whole confession to bring the whole incident out, though. :) Gamaya - The College Fest -------- For the first time in the history of my college, a whole college fest was being conducted ! It was a pleasurable feeling to be engaged totally into something. The college fest was exactly what it was to be. It was a festival of happiness, joy and celebrations. And it had turned into a very memorable one too. Summarizing about it, it gifted me with memories. And it also brought some new friends into my life, whom I know, cherish very much. Had been off from home for a couple of days. Made a visit to college. Nothing official. Just went to meet my friends. And I must say, it was truly wonderful two days there. A trip to college after about 2 months, the second one after graduating. And it was full of fun. Last time, couldn't spend so much of time there, coz I had to leave for home early. But this time, made it a point that I would return a bit late, almost after everyone else had gone. So that, I would get more time to spend with them. After all, it's not everyday that you get to spend time with your friends! Roaming around all the places in the college, all those memories we had spent there for the past 4 years, came rushing like a river into my mind. And taking a walk along those memories, was a pleasuring experience as well. But what to do ! All of that was a memory now ! Happy to have made a visit college ! Miss ya all guys and gals!

Reading is one of the most popular habits. Be it anything. Books, editorials, newspapers. All are evolved forms of writing, which are visible all around the world. Every morning, waking up from our bed, we move towards to the door, wanting to take the newspaper and read it ! Catching up on the latest news, the happenings around the world, we switch on to the realities, existing beyond the four walls of our dwelling. All of us, practically don't begin our proper day, without reading the newspaper. And there is this plethora of books all around the world.. from different nations, different languages and different authors. There are plenty of publications, some catch the eye whereas some don't even see the day-light! It depends all on the content and innovativeness in the work. You will feel so much about the abundance

Yeh. Had been up early today. There was a task at hand. Had gone to leave my brother for his school trip, and apparently, it didn't get over until about 3 hours later than scheduled time. And in between all these, I was standing in the cold air for all the 3 hours. It was an experience ! With hands in my pockets all the time, shivering at times !! Eeeew !! And here, the nights seem to get chill each and every day.My evening walks are turning to be freezing cold. But still, I hang on. I just can't imagine people in Europe going through the temperatures out there ! It's way down the negative scale !! Hats off to them !

Swami Sharanam! Yeh. This time had an early trip to Sabarimala. The Darshanam was wonderfully divine. There wasn't any rush this time, and we had a safe and sound journey as well. So, until next time.

Happy Diwali 2 All.. Yeh, last weekend was the Diwali weekend. The time of the year, when people get together and celebrate together the most prosperous festivals of India. The usual sweet exchanging, bursting of crackers and all other things which everyone pleasantly does ! It's all a homely feeling ! Speaking of crackers, the usual flowerpots, Chakras going round and round on the floor.. ah... it's so bright ! The whole city was bright and happy. And India was altogether charmed with the visit of Mr. Obama as well. Well, guess all went well. The Indian Cricket team was also celebrating Diwali in style. The Ind-NZ First test, though it ended in a draw, saw some terrifying performances from Sehwag in the first innings and totally unexpectedly from Harbhajan! But, it was required. Since that saved India from losing the first test. It was such a great feeling to see him hitting a ton! Until next Diwali, have a prosperous year ahead ! take care.

Life is Symmetric. Not so much viewed statement. But I feel so. There are many symmetric things in the world. In mathematics, Circles, Triangles, etc. In other areas there are other respective symmetric materials. Symmetry is all about a regular pattern when viewed about an average. There can be up and down movements. But all together, when there are equal ups and downs, it becomes symmetric. Comparing so to life, being with the ups and downs in life, altogether life would be symmetric in view. When there are downs in life, there is supposed to be symmetric ups in life too. It'll have a positive note on our lives. Thinking about the downs which we have come across, there is no use pondering. Wait and wish for the escalations to come and prosper. And all the demoting things, may those be experiences, so that we learn and grow upon them. Live Life on A Positive Note. :) Keep smiling. :)

Well, of all the modes of transport, sometimes I feel that Walking, is so much convenient ! Truly, the root of the various modes of transport is particularly to reduce the human effort. (And that, actually, is the definition of "Machines"). But the people who invented all these stuffs, didn't actually rely on the fact, the human sect would be exploding in numbers, within a couple of decades. And apparently, it has and has been making the exact use of mechanical modes of transport, vulnerable. With the increasing number of vehicles on the road, we might have at many times felt that, "Ah, I will walk till then, rather get cuddled in this traffic !". Well, that same statement applies to me ! I've often taken the pedastrian route to particular places, though I could have chosen other means. Because that has often turned out to be more efficient ! Unless, the route amounts to a number of kilometres ! And ofcourse, it helps me stay healthy as well. :)

Philosophy is an interesting topic altogether ! The way it influences human life is amazing. We, in our lives, go through a lot of hardships and tough times. And during all those, there is a certain amount of philosophy, which makes us work through the situation. Be it at any time, reading some amount of philosophy makes us see the situations in a different angle and makes us realize, that there is a lot of simplicity and positive attitude in philosophy. We feel great upon reading it. And reading all the things written, we feel that we have been through situation in our own lives. Reading philosophy, enhances our lives, makes us realize that things which happen in life are not greater than our life, and its common for some amount of people. Not that only we encounter it ourselves. There are a lot of people go through it, not only us ! But the best thing lies in coming out of it. That's where intelligence. That's where life is !

It was an opportunity to visit the college. I had to collect my certificates and was a chance to meet some friends also. Met couple of my colleagues, teachers and a whole bunch of juniors. It was a lovely trip. Had been in the town for two days. Was happy upon meeting old pals. But had no time, coz had to hurry to catch my train. So didn't get actually the TIME to spend at college. But it still it was a memorable one. Re-visiting your college after the completion of course, whatever be the timespan, feels nostalgic. The basic thing which I went across was the flashing through of memories through my mind, meetings, strikes, functions. It was altogether a good feeling. Had been smiling all the time when I was there. Incredible feeling ! Until my next post.. See ya .. :)

The latest Template Designer from Blogger has been helping a lot to modernize the blog designs. The designer helps to make it more catchy and looks amazing as well. Its good to use it and revamp my blog. :) So since, there is a huge lot of variety being provided, the designs of the blog are ought to change often to test compatibility with the new ones. So dont worry when you dont see the old template. :)

It was last week that Ganesh Chathurthi was. And the celebrations had started at that time. The celebrations had been long, and then saw in the streets yesterday, the huge idol of Ganesha being taken as a procession. It had been a huge celebration here. I had heard bhajans all the time, when I used to go for my evening walk. Crackers were bursting loud yesterday nite. The celebrations are over, i guess and they would be eagerly waiting for next year's Ganeshotsav to come, for a time a rejoice and be happy.

well, its interesting to travel in buses here. The same amazing curiosity you always tend to have, when you are getting used to a particular city. That doesn't go anytime! But over here, it isn't that much easy for the travel. Even though its been officially a year over here for me. It hasnt been practically that way. I had been away most of the times. Now that my course is over. I am here. Curiously exploring different parts of the city. Its lovely. Apart from that, I enjoy the bus rides here. But the only thing is that, its very complex. Though there might be only a couple of kms from a place, bus journey can be a roundabout affair. Hats off to the congestion and the complexity of the roads here. Its obvious reason ! :) Lets what all I learn from all these experiences.. :D

yeh! updating almost later than a month. had gone to college. had some remaining works to be done. just reached back home a couple of days ago. And this time, celebrated Onam at Kannur and to the matter of fact, had my b'day and Onam on the same date this time. So this is my post after being 21 years old ! :D Onam was fine. Uncles and their families had come and it had been total fun. Just that didnt get much time to spend there. had to return early. So i'm back at home. Planning to write Cat. Gotta start preparations! Yes ! Atlast, though not wantingly, the engg course at my college is over. And it was definitely getting hurt on the inside, leaving the college, leaving the hostel, leaving my FRIENDS ! But, what to do! Life has to move on and times has to proceed. Thats what happens all the time ! Hamesha, har log saath toh nahin hote naa !! But, the last 4 years have been fantastic, amazing, truly memorable ! the programs, the events, the times spent at the lovely corners and beautiful places at the college. All had been charming. Pleasurable ! Unfortunately it had to end. Anyways, it had been fun. Will never forget you guys... love u all.. take care.. lets hope that we meet, at some point of time.. like its always said... with the last semester exams over and the project evaluation also getting over. its quite a relief. but in another way, it gives sort of a sad feeling because it makes us feel about the reality that we need to leave our college after a couple of days. the project evaluation was good and the lecturers liked our project very well. and can be said that its like the top 3 projects ideologically. now the remaining things are the lab exams and the course viva voce. thats gonna be next week. luking forward to that.. wish to conduct a farewell sort of thing for the batch. lets see whether we get the time. and the address book work is going on in full-flegde !! had been at home for a couple of days. and now going back tonite to hostel..for the final bit of memories to capture... c ya pals..

its back to college after a couple of weeks at home. the past few days were, study holidays, as i had mentioned earlier. its almost over and would be back to hostel in a couple of days.. the study did progess somewhat in a good manner. satisfactory in a way. pretty sad events did happen in between, really really unfortunate for such things to happen with ma friends. its cruel, its ridiculous. my friends wouldn't be able to even write the exam now!! damn ! :( hope things turn out well soon... c ya everyone.. take care

one evening, when we ventured the lands with our fones..

its study break again... just before the eighth semester exams, a month barely to be called 'study break'. but some time given off before the exams is always called 'study break'. :D it was really a kind of a feeling, before coming to home this time. leaving all friends behind, saying goodbye to them. its not that its a final goodbye, but the reality that u gotta go through the same situation after a month, hits in ur gut. but its all part of life, and we need to move on.. :D yeh and 'study break' is going great..

here, the right to education for all has become a law now. so it wud b mandatory to give schools admission to weaker students and educate them till the age of 13. this would be implemented all across the country. its good. a hope for many.

its april 1st. april fool's day again. a day usually spent for playing pranks on some friends and family. things are like that, even if people tell the truth to someone, they hesitate to believe. when people say serious things to others, they have to suffix it with the statement that, they arent saying it because its April Fool's Day! Its an interesting day all year..

another month has reached an end. and it has been the memorable days of March. It's particularly because of the college fest, the first of its kind since we have joined college. it was some kind of an addiction for the students to work for it. Although, the days were hectic, we all were roaming around cities for arranging various things in place, there was a pure fun in it. It seemed like a strength of unity amongst a group towards the same goal. And at last achieving it, was another pleasure! It was fun to the dance to the core to the tunes of Javed Ali at the final concluding day concert by the Bollywood star. Besides that, it was a month of nostalgia and a month everyone wanted to cherish in their minds forever. the last truly academic month of the course. the one in which everyone wanted to desperately attend classes, be there in the college even after regular hours. Spending time with friends, each and every moment, trying to spend the max. but ironically, it went on to become

so atlast, a sigh of relief for everyone in the college. the college fest organised by the College Union was a total success. with the concluding Javed Ali concert totally rocking, the crowd was cheering like anything! it has created a platform for the upcoming students for staging programs in the coming future. everyone had total fun !

after a long time, the campus is filled with activities. the whole week is being fun-filled and there are a lot of programs going on. and the coming next week there is our first College Fest being presented "GA-MA-YA". An intercollege cultural & tech fest on March 19,20,21. Its gonna be fun and have been busy with that the for past days..

its been pretty a while i have been away from home. and it feels good being back. the last month of the academic year is on and supposed to be the last academic month for us too. the final year is gonna be over by this month and later in the year in june there would only be exams. so practically speaking this is the time of enjoyment, nostalgia and a whole bunch of mixed feelings.

Synergy 2010 was the exhibition conducted as part of the TOTAL ELECTRIFICATION OF PALAKKAD DISTRICT. some of us and our juniors had gone for a stall kept from our college. stood there a whole week explaining the various machines and equipments which were put up for display there. and moreover, learnt to explain things to people which we had no idea about. people were rushing in for the exhibition each and every day. particularly the last day of the exhibition was powerpacked !! had a jolly time with the juniors who had accompanied us. it got over last tuesday with the announcement function of the Total Electrification of the Palakkad District being made publicly by the Union Power Minister. many other ministers and dignitaries also attended the function. it was a nice experience jus before the times of leaving college! glad that could attend it !

the last semester of the course. its classes back on the track. s8 classes have begun couple of days ago. but dont feel like bunking that much, coz this is the last semester we would be able to sit in class..so dont wanna miss it !

Another set of exams over. The labs and the Gate! The lab was fine. Except for the viva, i got the required output!! And the Gate was also wonderful! Answered about half of them! What a romantic thing to do on a Valentine's day ! :D No other developments regarding the valentines !!

mini vacation at home ends. going back to college tomorrow morning. having my lab exam coming up next week and a couple of others like the MAT & GATE later on as well. so, until my next post.. c ya..

the presently on-going SRK-Shiv Sena issue has been a mess. Well, what in the world, does it mean to protest against one's remarks against the inclusion of players in the IPL auction. Well, India is a democratic country and each and every citizen of this country has the right to express his views. And besides, SRK hasn't said anything which would hamper anybody's interests. It was a general opinion. And for that, protesting saying that the city belongs only to the regional people and that the so-called "outsiders" should stay numb! thats totally ridiculous! they are in no position to say that. such reactions have also been evoked in earlier times too. the government has to take some action regarding this. Each and every citizen in this country has the right of Freedom of Speech. Incidents like these don't give much meaning to such rights!

one decade of the millennium passed.. and we are into 2010. the last 4 years had been spent at nss college of engineering and thats also coming to an end. last couple of purely academic months at the college. and after that it would be purely exams and other stuffs. maximum trying to spent some jolly time at the college and with the college union into the place, there are plenty of events happening. and its interesting as well. college seems to be complete. this month had been filled with exams. had the seventh semester exams this month. the penultimate set of exams of b.tech. the exams were quite ok as well. just 2 of em were a little dizzy. rest were fine. college life is getting shortened. times are going fast. things to be done are plenty. too much of work packed into all these last months and its always like that. month had been fast. things were quick. enjoyin d moments signing off.. till later.. c ya..
